Our coaches truly know how to put you at ease because they're experts at prompting (but not teaching or correcting) when you’re struggling to articulate an idea.

They'll use synonyms, cognates, and images to help you when you get stuck.

Step 1: Register with your Class ID

Enter the Class ID found in the PDF registration instructions you received from your instructor.

Step 2: Create Your Account

  • Create your profile
  • Select your payment option (credit card, PayPal, or bookstore code)
  • Enter your LinguaMeeting bookstore code (example: F532-37922-8847-975)

Step 3: Select coach and book sessions

Choose a coach and sign up for session times. You’ll be prompted to book all of your sessions with the same coach—this is highly recommended! Working with the same person each session helps form a trusting relationship in which learning can thrive.

Sessions must be booked at least 12 hours prior to the start time and can be canceled up to 5 hours in advance.

Make sure you’re on time, prepared, and participating! These are the things your coach will be evaluating.

Frequently Asked Questions
Although availability varies by language, our general offering is from 6am to 11pm EST. Even students with the most complicated schedule can find a time to chat!
Students must schedule sessions 12 hours in advance. Students can cancel/reschedule their sessions up to 5 hours before the sessions, always making sure that the new session selected is at least 12 hours in the future.
Students simply search for a date and time that works for them, and select a coach.
Not only can students schedule with the same coach, our system is optimized for it. We believe in building a connection between our students and our coaches. When a student registers they are prompted to schedule every session with that coach if they so choose. Students can also search their coaches by name to find the available time slots that work best for them.
